How To Find The Best Automotive Collision Repair Company For A Fast, Professional Job

Finding a quality Automotive Collision Repair shop after having been in a collision should not add to the stressful situation you are already in. This can be the case, however, if you just go with the local body shop. Getting the right company makes all the difference in the world when it comes to getting the job done fast, all while still receiving first class service. What to look for when finding that company is what we are going to look at.

There are many Automotive Collision Repair companies. All of them promise fast, professional results, but very few actually delivery on that promise. You are more likely to find a company that is going to be looking for a way to make a quick dollar. They are more interested in giving you a repair job that is fast without any thought to the quality. Finding a company that will give both a fast and high quality job is about knowing what to look for in a professional automotive repair company. You have to consider a variety of different things to ensure that you will find a good overall company.

One thing you should do first is check with the Certified First Network. The Certified First Network is a list of companies that meet certain high quality standards, and are verified to have proven they deserve to be called the top automotive repair companies and deserve you trust.

Next, consider the products and materials they will be using to do the repairs. Are they high quality? Do they have an additional manufacturer warranty? Also, a Seal of Approval from Good Housekeeping is a good way to judge a higher quality product. Now you are ready, right? Not quite yet.

Parts, and a company with a good reputation, are a good start, but why not have even more insurance? Consider that mistakes are made even by the best. Insist that the company you choose gives a lifetime written workmanship warranty. This provides another level of motivation for the company to do the job right the first time, and also gives you peace of mind, if something does go awry, knowing the company stands behind their work.

So if you have a collision, and you want things back to normal quickly, with as little headache as possible; avoid the cycle of fighting with a sub-par company to get your car or truck fixed right. Do a little research, and you can find the best quality Automotive Collision Repair shop for you.

Before making the decision on where to have the collision repair work on your car or truck done, talk to an expert. Mike Cox, owner of Ed's Collision and Glass, has worked in the field since 1979. Or Learn more about the Certified First Network.
