Do used car dealers price cars higher than blue book value to leave room for negotiation?
I'm trying to buy a truck that is priced $5000 above blue book value. The highest blue book value I can find on the same truck, is with no body damage, paint or rust. This truck has some paint repairs, surface rust underneath and a replaced bumper. Did the dealership just price it higher than bluebook hoping to get more for it or to leave room for negotiation? I've never paid blue book price for a vehicle, I'm certainly not paying more than bluebook, but its a really great truck! Sorry, but this is a really rare truck, I don't think I'll be finding anything similar on craigslist. How much to restore a painting?
I was given an amazing painting by Georges Spiro by my grandmother. It had a small chip in the paint when she gave it to me, and I've never gotten around to getting it repaired. I recently did some research and found out that this is probably worth a good deal of money, and i feel it deserves to be in better shape. I'm just interested to see if anyone has a good idea of how much money it will cost to have the painting repaired/restored. What would be the approximate cost of a front fender paint repair job?
I had a fender bender & the front bumper has a few scuff marks and a couple of spots where the paint peeled. Thankfully there were no dents or dings. Does anyone have any idea what this might cost for me to repair?

Car Help- Paint repair?
Hello, I had my neighbour back her car into my car. There is a minor scratch on my bumber that and some of my paint is removed. I can fix that with touch up paint. However her paint is on my car and I cannot get it off, does anyone know how I can get it off without removing my cars original paint? I cannot afford to take it to a body shop. Thanks!
